Terrance has headed the Firm since 1996. He is a graduate of the University of the West Indies and Hugh Wooding Law School. He has been admitted to practise in Trinidad and Tobago in 1987, the British Virgin Islands in 1991 and Anguilla in 2003. Terrance is a member of the International "Who's Who" and focuses on Civil and corporate litigation, corporate and banking law, employment law and shipping.

Mishka is a native of St. Vincent and the Grenadines. She graduated with LLB (Hons) from the University of the West Indies in 2002 and received the Certificate of Legal Education from the Hugh Wooding Law School in 2004. She is admitted to practice in St. Vincent and the Grenadines as well as in the British Virgin Islands. Mishka has a general civil practice.

John E. Carrington LLM ACIB
John holds the LLB (Hons) from the University of the West Indies and the Certificate of Legal Education from the Hugh Wooding Law School. He also holds the LLM International Business Law (Dist.) from Hull University in the United Kingdom and a Diploma in Banking from the Chartered Institute of Bankers of the United Kingdom. John was admitted to practise in Trinidad and Tobago in 1983, and the British Virgin Islands in 1996. With a background in banking and finance, John focuses on insolvency, civil and corporate litigation, commercial law and intellectual property. He acts frequently as Counsel in Anguilla and Antigua where he was admitted to practise in 2002 and 2004 respectively.

Kevon graduated with LLB (Hons) in 2003 and Certificate of Legal Education from Hugh Wooding Law School in 2005. He is a native of Trinidad and Tobago and is admitted to practise in Trinidad and Tobago as well as in the British Virgin Islands. His main areas of interest are criminal litigation, administrative law and intellectual property.

Hayden A. St. Clair-Douglas LLB
Hayden is the consultant to the Firm in matters of criminal law. He was admitted to practise in Trinidad and Tobago and Barbados in 1987 and the British Virgin Islands in 1993.
